Seat Manager Hub.
As a Seat Manager, you will be our main point of contact and the UpSkill Guru for your business. As a Seat Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
- Making training available to users within your business.
- Adding and removing users to UpSkill.
- Generating reports.

1. Seats.
You can do the following within the Seats area:
- View how many seats you have.
- Enrol users into courses and remove them from courses.
- Update and reset user passwords.
2. Reports Centre.
- Create reports ranging from basic reporting through to advanced reporting.
- Create and save custom reports based on a range of criteria. These custom reports are called segments.
- Schedule segments (i.e. custom reports) to be emailed to you at a frequency that you decide.
- View and download certificates that have been issued to users.
3. Training.

If you have allocated all the seats in your UpSkill subscription and would like to add more seats, please email info@up-skill.co.nz. On receiving your email, we will issue your business an invoice for the additional seats.
How to deactivate a user.
How to delete a user from UpSkill permanently.
If someone
has left your business and you would like to remove their information from your
UpSkill account entirely, please email info@up-skill.co.nz
with the following information:
- Name of the user.
- Email address of the user.
- Confirmation that you would like their account deleted.
Important: This action will permanently delete all data relating to that user. This includes data for reporting purposes. If you would like to include the user in your reporting, then we suggest that you simply remove them from the Seat.
How to change the Seat Manager of your business.
If you
would like to change the Seat Manager, please email info@up-skill.co.nz and provide the
following information:
- Name of the current Seat Manager.
- Name of the new Seat Manager.
- Email of the new Seat Manager.
- The date that you would like the change to take effect.
- Confirmation of the action you would like us to take in respect of the current Seat Manager – leave them as a user; remove them from a seat; or delete them and their data from UpSkill.
