How do I know who should complete the different courses?
What options do I have to buy courses?
You can buy each course individually. You will have unlimited access to any course you purchase for 12 months. View our pricing here.

Our AML/CFT subscription gives you unlimited access to all our AML/CFT courses for 12 months, along with access to UpSkill Insights. View our pricing here.
UpSkill Insights subscription.
Our UpSkill Insights subscription gives you access to updates on regulatory changes, monitoring and enforcement activities and insights from other experts, industry leaders and market participants. View our pricing here.
How long do I have access to a course for?
If you purchase a course or one of our subscriptions, you will get unlimited access for 12 months.
Do all courses have assessments?
Do I get certificates for completing a course?
Yes. All our courses are accompanied by a certificate which is stored in the UpSkill platform and can be downloaded.
Do the courses count towards CPD?

How do I can cancel?
All courses will automatically expire after 12 months. If you have a subscription, the subscription will automatically renew. To cancel a subscription, you will need to give us 30 days’ notice prior to your subscription renewing. Please Contact us to discuss this further.

What is the role of the Seat Manager?
Seat Manager’s play a key role in overseeing users on our platform. They can add or remove users and can generate various reports. We have a Seat Manager Hub that is available to Seat Managers once they login to UpSkill and which takes them through how to get the most out of UpSkill.
