2012 

The Compliance Company was established.

10 years 

For years, we’ve specialised in helping businesses of all sizes across various industries navigate their regulatory obligations.

Our focus is on designing, implementing, and enhancing compliance frameworks to ensure that they are effective, and tailored to the specific needs of each business.

This experience has afforded us invaluable insights into how to guide and train a diverse range of people and businesses and how to convey complex concepts in a way that is easy to understand, engaging and able to be applied practically.

We believe that education and good guidance is the key to empowering people and businesses to operate navigate regulatory complexities and to better serve their customers. Our in person training had proven this.

We created UpSkill because we wanted to empower more people through engaging, expert led training and digital guidance.

Two years later we did just that with the launch of UpSkill.
